• All orders are paid via Cash or Cliq on Delivery (COD) only.

• No advance payments or credit/debit card transactions are accepted at this time.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is available across Jordan.

• Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 working Hours

• Delivery fees may apply and will be shown at checkout or confirmed during order confirmation.

4. Returns & Exchanges

At MiaBoxJo, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a clear manufacturing defect.

• In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• You will be required to provide photos of the defect and your order number.

• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit.
